My recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn New Braunfels was a mix of highs and lows. the staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth. the location is ideal, with attractions like Schlitterbahn Waterpark Resort nearby. However, the housekeeping service was lacking. the breakfast was paid for but not convenient as it had to be cooked to order. Overall, a decent stay, but improvements are needed in certain areas.
